Single save button save all nodes in table which trigers rule duplicates

I have a rule for a yes/no select field which has a rule on it to send an email every time the yes option is checked. the problem is when the save button is used it processes all the nodes at the same time which produces duplicate emails.

I know that there was a previous discussion to create a unique save button for each node in edible fields. Is this on the road map for this module or do you know of any additional module that could solve this problem.
