ed_classified 7.x-3.0-alpha1

First alpha version for Classified Ads 3 on Drupal 7. Entirely superseded by 6.x-3.0-beta2: use that instead.

Mostly equivalent with the 6.3 version. Main changes, besided Drupal 7 itself, are in classified_notifications:

• tokens have changed names, separate tokens for plain text and themed
• mailing is now synchronous, not queued

Biggest work remaining: update documentation, including advanced_help.
