In many cases we may need to build Entity without Bundles (or otherwise saying with a single bundle).
How to do that? How to eliminate the intermediary step for creating bundle?

+1. Very often I need just a simple entity without bundles, but still it would be nice to have a fieldable entity

I have create a content entity builder module which does not support bundle revision default.
