Problem/Motivation

"Remove" button in "Event -> Successor" works but that row still show until hit "Save" button

Steps to reproduce

Try to add item in "Event -> Successor". Save and come back to click "Remove" button, it's like nothing happen, that row still there. Once click "Save" and come back to look at it again, it was gone.

I cannot reproduce this. Please provide more details by providing steps to reproduce this error. Also which theme and Drupal core version you are using.

Just tested it again and it look like the first "Remove" will work, then, the second remove will stuck there.

Also tried to create new Model..
- Add any Event
- Add a couple Actions.
- Back to Event and add both Actions into Event.
- Tried to remove it. The first remove will be removed, then, click the second one that is left, it will stuck when click "Remove"

Tested with Firefox and Google Chrome
