Share individual comments

The only future this module seems to have on D8 is sharing the whole node, by adding the easy share block.
I have set up a forum and would like to share every single comment, not the whole discussion. I saw it is futured on module's description, probably for D7.
Is this possible somehow on D8? If not, will be available sometime? It would be a very nice to have.
