migrate to https

Hello,
Currently I migrated my site to https and I lost my facebook/g+ likes now that url was changed.
I read all documentation that I found and find nothing about to combine both results (http/https).
If somebody could be show me the way in order to resolve this problem (or consider by the module devs to implement something to solve it) I'll be very grateful!
