Limit js to only pages that need it

It would be nice if the required .js file(s) were only included on the pages that have the widgets.

For example, this code is on every page

but the widgets are only included on a couple pages.

This code:

has a tendency to load very slowly. It just took one of my pages 1+ minute to load, and the Twitter widget was not even on the page.
