Small improvements (added block id and body classes)

Hi,

I was using your theme to create my own and I thought it would be useful to have 'Omega like' body classes so you can easily target specific pages in CSS (especially useful for theme modifications).

One other thing I noticed is that you rewrote block.tpl but didn't include block id. For one thing it's breaking apache solr 'display more facets' functionality, since they target blocks by id. I'm sure there will be other use cases and it should be pretty safe to add them back.
