The module uses Token API and Token UI module in order to allow user choose tokens easily for a better UX.
Once the module is installed and enabled, you can access the settings forms from: Administration > Configuration > User interface > Dynamic breadcrumb (/admin/config/user-interface/dynamic-breadcrumb).
