When making a appointment the exceptions that are thrown aren't used. This is a waste of a good translatable string that could be used for messages for the user.

the patch. Notice that this is not implemented in the implementations. Only in one of our local qmatic files is this being used at the moment. But this should and could be added to the implementations to give a better message to the user.
