The structure of the release history XML seems to have changed recently. This means drush make for drush 4 is broken. I know that this project is no longer maintained, but since aegir is still using drush 4, we need to provide a fix to make aegir install cleanly.

Here is a patch that rewrites the parsing of the xml file.

Closing this issue as I doubt anyone will ever commit again to the obsolete drush_make project. See checkout a recent drush version, see also: #1310130: Put drush make in drush core

PS: Aegir 2.x used Drush 5, please test the latest alpha or dev.
