When running drush make in an existing setup it fails to copy the files over from the tmp folder. I've looked at a few of the similar threads and I'm pretty sure it's not a permissions issue (I've even 777d the site files and folders just in case).

I can recreate this on two different setups using Drush 4.4/4.5/5-dev and drush_make 2.3

When I look at the output there is no attempt to move the site from tmp to the site directory. Attached is a log of the output.

The problem is that an error occurs, which is, unfortunately, easily missed in all the output.

It's "Unable to patch notifications_extra with notpatch.patch."
