List events organized (from g.d.o event node organizer field data) as part of recognizing more than just code contribution

Problem/Motivation

Part of #2281763: Make Drupal.org user profiles more robust

we have data from groups.drupal.org (g.d.o) in the organizer field of events.

While many events are listed on third party pritority systems (like meetup.com) we have a historical and current cross posting on g.d.o (so they appear on http://www.drupical.com/).

Proposed resolution

Use that data for an automatic block on d.o profiles like: organizer of X events in the past Y months
similar to the helped fix X issues in Y months that is automatic.
