Show whole comment credit attribution for the comment author on the comment they just saved [#2463979]

Problem/Motivation

People forget what their last saved default was for comment attribution.
We want to increase the accuracy of comment attribution data.

Proposed resolution

When a person comments, the page is reloaded to show their saved comment,
change the behavior so that instead of just an icon or "credit" which they would have to click on to toggle to see the attribution that was saved
it defaults to showing the attributions (for the author, for just their most recent comment).

people are setting attribution once, and then not changing it to be accurate later. I think showing this will help them remember to use the correct attribution.
