Configure link is not in the upgraded module [#2351527]

This issue was highlighted by a #d8cx workshop participant in DrupalCon Amsterdam 2014.

The configure key in *.info is not upgraded in *.info.yml, so the configure link is gone.

I also have the same issue - configure link is not present in the upgraded module.

I have added the below code in *.info.yml file in the upgraded module.

configure: views_html_tags.settings

And the Configure link came in the Extend (/admin/modules) page while expanding the upgraded module.
