Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
Problem/Motivation
In a comprehensive survey, Lisa rex identified that it's best practice to let contributors know "who" is behind a project. So - in the short term we need a brief page about the contributors.
Proposed resolution
Heather will write a one line sumary of each individual on the current steering committee- and what they are responsible for. And how to contact them - such as IRC handles, twitter and d.o contact form if possible.
Remaining tasks
As above!
However, Bryan will do a write-up about the steering committee itself.

The Drupal Ladder project is open to contributions and collaboration from anyone. To help coordinate and mentor contributor's activity, the folks who were most active on the project have formed a steering group that will meet consistently each week to report on progress and keep the momentum going. The steering group helps distribute effort in 4 main areas, with mentors assigned to each area.
The Drupal Ladder Steering Group includes the following people. You can contact them via drupal.org.
Addison Berry (drupal.org: add1sun)
Addison writes ladders and lesson content. She also mentors others to write ladders and lesson content. Addison works for Lullabot, running Drupalize.me - a training site. In the past, she has been documentation lead for Drupal.org.
Brock Boland (drupal.org: BrockBoland)
Brock runs issue sprints, organizes resources to run issue sprints and mentors others to run issue sprints. Brock works for Lullabot as a developer, is a maintainer of several popular modules and helps co-organize the Washington, DC user group.
Bryan Hirsch (drupal.org: bryanhirsch)
Bryan started the original "Boston initiative" where these ideas were tested and developed, where he brought his background in volunteer wrangling to this project. Bryan is developing and maintaining the distribution and repository. Bryan works for Acquia, and he co-maintains several Drupal modules.
Karyn Cassio (drupal.org: techgirlgeek)
Karyn runs learning sprints, organizes resources to run learning sprints and mentors others to run learning sprints. Karyn is a co-organizer of the "Women in Drupal" group (formerly known as 'DrupalChix').

Needs review!
I'd recommend if you are going to write a longer explanation of the steering group, to put it at the bottom of the page.
