I used DrupalForge to spin up Drupal 10. I expected it would install the latest release of Drupal 10 (10.4.1) but it installed 10.0.3. I can't think of a good use case for installing severely dated versions of Drupal.

I propose that the templates should instead install the latest release of the given major version.
