Release notes

This is a patch release of Drupal 8 and is ready for use on production sites. Learn more about Drupal 8.

Symfony http-foundation has been updated to version 3.4.35 in this release. This includes an upstream security release which does not impact Drupal core. No other changes are included.

If you are upgrading to this release from 8.5.x, read the Drupal 8.6.0 release notes before upgrading to this release.

Versions of Drupal 8 prior to 8.6.x are end-of-life and do not receive security coverage. Sites on 8.6.x will receive security coverage until December 4, 2019 (when Drupal 8.8.0 is scheduled for release and 8.6.x security coverage ends).
