Release notes

Development release package for the 10.0.x release.

The 10.0.x branch is open for development and will now include the latest commits. This branch will be identical to 9.4.x except for the following changes:

Dependencies will be updated to new major versions.
Deprecated code will be removed.

Those interested in testing the upcoming minor release of Drupal core should continue to work with the 9.3.x branch until the 9.3.0 release on December 8, 2021.
