In "Admin by task" (image in this post), I'd like to suggest that we rename the entry from:
FIELD UI
> Field List
Overview of fields on all entity types
FIELDS
> Field List
Overview of data fields used by content types
I would argue that "UI" and "entity" are rather technical/programmers' words.

The list involves all entity types, not just nodes.

iantresman CreditAttribution: iantresman commentedHow about " Overview of data fields used". Only programmers will understand "entity".

joachim CreditAttribution: joachim commented'Overview of data fields used' is just paraphrasing 'Field list', so isn't helpful.
'Overview of all data fields on all entities, such as nodes, taxonomy terms, and so on.' -- a bit wordy but gives the non-programmer context to understand what an entity is.

Stalski CreditAttribution: Stalski commentedI think the original message is the best. People looking at the field list should be familiar with the word entity. Drupal calls it that way, so that's what site builders will see and work with.

Bojhan CreditAttribution: Bojhan commentedCan I get a screen where this is? I dont think anyone but people who develop heavily will know what entities is.
