When I clear cache and hit the back button, I'm taken to a 404 page not found.

I can't seem to figure out how to reproduce this myself at the moment, but it's a pretty fresh bug report so not likely to have been surreptitiously fixed yet :)

I think it would probably be better to skip the confirmation form... I'm still not sure exactly how to reproduce this bug, though?
