dwwdries was kind enough to make a URL alias on drupal.org for the customization and theming handbook. this patch adds a link to that when talking about customizing your theme, and fixes the typos i mentioned before...

dwwwebchick pointed out the wording around "CSS" was a little awkward. this fixes that, includes a link to drupal.org/support at the end of the "more info" section, and has a few other minor improvements.
