Problem/Motivation

In #2794481: Allow end date to be optional we allow end date to be optional in DateRangeItem. If the end date is made optional and the end date is left empty then only the start date is displayed.

Drupal core is now using the main branch as the primary development branch. New developments and disruptive changes should now be targeted to the main branch.
