Hello and welcome to this Drupal 10 readiness meeting!
This meeting:

➤ Now happens every Monday at 18:00 UTC.
➤ Is done over chat.
➤ Happens in threads, which you can follow to be notified of new replies even if you don’t comment in the thread. You may also join the meeting later and participate asynchronously!
➤ Has a public agenda anyone can add to: `https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3317261`
➤ *Transcript will be exported and posted* to the agenda issue. For anonymous comments, start with a :bust_in_silhouette: emoji. | longwave | Dave, UK |
| andypost | Andy, late |
| tyler36 | tyler36, Japan |

| Kristen Pol (she/her) | Kristen, California, catching up |
| wimleers (he/him) | Wim, Ghent |
| Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) | See https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/search?issue_tags=Drupal%2010%20rc... for must have issues until then. Opened substhreads for them. (edited) |
| hestenet (he/him) | Apart from the GitLab issues being very badly timed for this - are there other DA side issues that we need to be attending to before next week? |
| Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) | I am not sure what else is needed, I think its good if you can work on the gitlab stuff and make sure patches and MRs work well again 🙂 |
| hestenet (he/him) | 100% |
| andypost | This week last RC of PHP 8.2 will out https://wiki.php.net/todo/php82 and watching a changes there's only few bugfixes which should not affect core but contrib still unable to use it because of prophecy |
| hestenet (he/him) | I will definitely make sure to get that out quickly when released. |
| hestenet (he/him) | The prophecy situation is tough. |

| Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) | #3319170: Change the http_kernel.basic service to use Symfony 6.2's default of catching all throwables |
| Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) | This came out of the SF 6.2 beta update |
| Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) | #3258933: [meta] Update JavaScript dependencies for Drupal 10 |
| Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) | This is blocked on SF 6.2 stable being available. #3319426: Update to a stable Symfony 6.2 release |
| Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) | Not likely that the SF 6.2 release itself would happen this week, in which case I think it moves to a stable release blocker. (edited) |
| longwave | Do we have a tag for stable release blockers? |
| Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) | I am not aware of a tag, issues are listed at #3304303: Drupal 10.0.0 requirements |
| Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) | which is I think a duplicate of #3118143: [meta] Release Drupal 10 on December 14... or 15... 2022 in a way, at least that is the only remaining subissue |
| catch | We might need a new tag, or just an issue summary. |
| effulgentsia | I created the new tag: Drupal 10 stable release blocker. |

| gambry | Here is the META issue, where you can find progress. We need:[minor] help with recruiting mentors, although we’ve got already 7 individuals covering all targeted TZs/Regions.[high] help with promoting the event and attendance[minor] browsing porting days documentation, if any process or guideline has changed since last porting day in Aug.(edited) |
| gambry | I’ve been reposting all “Drupal 10 will be released soon” messages, reminding people attending Global Porting Days is a good dojo for teams to skill up on upgrade processes. So a MUST to attend for teams and organisations who have no clues about what they will need to do when Drupal 9 gets EOL. |
| Kristen Pol (she/her) | Thank you for the promotion |
| Kristen Pol (she/her) | @gambry I can update the events page with the mentors and time zones if you send me the list. Thanks |
| Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) | We just had a Drupal 10 webinar with Dries and @hestenet (he/him) and promoted the porting event as well 🙂 |
| Kristen Pol (she/her) | Thank you! |
| gambry | @Kristen Pol (she/her) sorry. I made you editor of the form. I’ll send a pvt message with the collated list. |
| Kristen Pol (she/her) | all good, thanks |
| Kristen Pol (she/her) | I updated the the event page and have started a spreadsheet to map out the times so I can understand the gaps better... hopefully will finish that today |
| VladimirAus | I added local event to do d10 porting code sprint but also will be mentoring online. |
| Kristen Pol (she/her) | Very cool! |
