The comment form does not look good on mobile. Padding left appears on class add-comment__form which decreases the width of the comment form. Please refer to the video attached for reference.

Verified and tested patch #3210130.2.patch on drupal 9.2 Olivero theme.

Testing steps:
1. Download the 9.2 drupal version.
2. set Olivero theme as default for admin.
3. Add comment field for any content type.
4. Now add the content type and check the alignment on mobile device.
5. Now apply the patch.
6. Clear cache and check again.

Testing result:
Now the comment form has correct padding on mobile device.
