ENTITY/FIELD DEFINITIONS Mismatched entity and/or field definitions [#2947604]

Just updated to 8.5 a couple of days ago. Today noticed this problem:

Vote Result
The Function field needs to be updated.

Not sure at all at what I am supposed to do. Tried update.php but that didn't fix the problem.

Any ideas?
