I exported my User interface translation and imported it to another drupal. After import, all 2. plural form translations disappeared, I can't even see empty field to translate 2. plural form again. 2. plural form option totally disappeared at all.

And 2. plural form strings are in exported file.

If anyone is experiencing this problem on a supported version of Drupal reopen the issue, by setting the status to 'Active', and provide complete steps to reproduce the issue (starting from "Install Drupal core").
