When registering issues for Umami/Out of the Box, I am tagging them as 'profile.module' since this is a profile we are building. However, I think it would be better to have a tag for 'Out of the Box' and/or 'Umami theme', like we have for Classy, Stark, Bartik, etc.

I would go with just "Umami demo" which is inclusive of both the theme + profile, since one component is easier to wrangle and teach people about, and the theme + profile seem interdependent anyway.
