Title: Add 'list of upgrade modules' to the navigation of the upgrade guide » Review that 'list of upgrade modules' page is up-to-date

The "Migration plugins" section seems out of place in the column with a heading of 'modules'. Perhaps move the text to an extra paragraph at the top, stating that these modules may or may not provide source, process and destination plugin. What do you think?

Beautiful! Removing that table does make it easier to read. And the plugin comments shouldn't really be on a page about the modules.
