Legend for specific checkboxes is not announced by JAWS

When you go to an admin page that includes checkbox values, the legend is not announced by JAWS.

e.g. Attached screenshot.
Within the “Full HTML” screen, when the “Replace global and entity tokens with their values” checkbox is accessed JAWS announces, “Replace global and entity tokens with their values checkbox checked”. Instead, JAWS is expected to first announce the legend as, “Enabled filters, Replace global and entity tokens with their values checkbox checked”.

• This defect exists in IE11 and Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100.
• Testing was performed using JAWS v17.0.2619.

Expected results: All legends for fields are expected to be announced by JAWS. In this instance, the “Replace global and entity tokens with their values” checkbox is expected to be announced by JAWS as “Enabled filters, Replace global and entity tokens with their values checkbox checked”.
