The admin/sutrcture/block* routes should be marked as admin_route.

Currently this is not the case, which feels counter-intuitive with the word 'admin' in the route

cburschkaAren't all /admin/* paths getting the _admin_route property by default? The only exception would be the block.admin_demo one that explicitly sets it to false. (Not sure why that is.)

LendudeIndeed, all block routes show in the admin theme except block.admin_demo. Since that page demonstrates the region in the chosen theme it needs to render in the chosen theme and not the admin theme.
