Alright, same testing method as #2893566: Update CKEditor library to 4.7.1, clicked everything on the node/edit screen (ckeditor). Added/removed everything in the ckeditor setup. I tried to make sure all of the buttons worked/behaved as expected.

This just got committed, now CKEditor released version 4.7.3: #2908864: Update CKEditor library to 4.7.3. Hah.
