Problem/Motivation

Validation error when submitting the image style edit form by focusing the Image style name textfield and then pressing Enter.

Steps to reproduce

1/ Go on the edit form of an existing image style (admin/config/media/image-styles/manage/thumbnail for example)
2/ Submit the form by clicking the "Save" button
=> Form submits without any issues
3/ Submit the form by focusing the Image style name textfield and then pressing Enter
=> A validation is triggered and an error message shows up: "Select an effect to add."
