Add New Page button in the book.admin_edit page should be provided as all other basic book manipulation options are available on that page like edit, delete, etc. On clicking Add New Page the same book.admin_edit should be reloaded but now with a new page titled "New Page" in the list. The user can rename the "New Page" title to anything she wish. That's it.

Allowing new pages to be added could be confusing because books can be made up of multiple content types. Which "type" should be used when clicking "add new page"?
