Problem/Motivation

When there are no transitions from or to the state being editing, the table says 'There are no states yet.'

Proposed resolution

Change the empty text to say 'There are no transitions to or from this state yet.' to also make it clear to the user that the transitions below are only the ones related to the state being edited.
