When "View content hits" is enabled using the Statistics module, the Move down and Move up links are lost in the footer on nodes which can be reordered using the Nodeorder module.

Nodeorder places those links in the footer which do appear when the "View content hits" option is not selected.

In statistics.module (http://cgit.drupalcode.org/drupal/tree/modules/statistics/statistics.mod...) $node->content['links'] is added to, this is also done in nodeorder.module (http://cgit.drupalcode.org/nodeorder/tree/nodeorder.module#n282), but the two should not conflict.
