Steps to reproduce:

  1. Edit or create a view.
  2. Try to add a new field you. This results in overlapping of toolbar and the titlebar(of overlay).

Moving this to the toolbar queue. I think it needs to publish an event to let people know how much space it's taking up or maybe there's a better solution. Thank you for the report.

been fixed for a while, I think the modal just takes over the whole page, toolbar included.
