Follow-up to #2538348: Single config export UI exports the wrong entity properties and sometimes in the wrong format

Problem/Motivation

Somwe config entities manipulate their storage records on save. We should add a test for exporting and importing such a config entity through the single import export UI to ensure this works in this case.
