rel="noreferrer" indicates that no referrer information is to be leaked when following the link and can be useful for security purposes.
Proposed resolution
Add a noreferrer text filter for links, like the nofollow filter.

Pere OrgaAttached patch against 8.2.x, it does not work, likely for the same reason than #2691715: 'Add rel="nofollow" to all links' text filter does not work.

Pere OrgaThis may be useful too, but covers only a subset of what noreferrer does, and is currently supported by Chrome-based browsers only.
