The tests added in #2042447: Install a module user interface does not install modules (or themes) for installing extensions via the Update Manager and the tests being added in #2548511: Write tests for the Update Manager downloading and applying updates for a module for updating extensions via the Update Manager only test modules, not themes.

The process is pretty similar, but the code paths aren't exactly the same so it would be good to have tests for both. Fortunately because it is similar, it should not be hard to reuse most of the same code for both.

Postponing this on some issues that are making significant changes to the Update Manager tests (especially #2548511: Write tests for the Update Manager downloading and applying updates for a module) since it will be easier to do after that. But if those aren't resolved quickly for some reason, it could be done before then also.
