Follow-up to #2429443: Date format form is unusable

Date format translation page (i.e. admin/config/regional/date-time/formats/manage/long/translate/[langcode]/add) has an alignment issue when view on large screen.

Thank you for reporting this problem. We rely on issue reports like this to improve Drupal core.

I tested this on 9.4.x and the translation page for the date formats did scale and the translation fields were on the right hand side of the page like other configuration translation.

Therefore, closing as cannot reproduce. If you are experiencing this problem on a supported version of Drupal reopen the issue, by setting the status to 'Active', and provide complete steps to reproduce the issue (starting from "Install Drupal core").
