Problem/Motivation

\Drupal\Core\Theme\Registry::processExtension has detailed documentation on the keys within the theme registry, which is largely duplicated from hook_them() documentation.

#2226207: Make 'template' the default output option for hook_theme() changed some things, so the documentation is now wrong.

Proposed resolution

Fix it by either removing (and pointing elsewhere) or updating this documentation.
