Now that Breadcrumbs have been moved into a block, it seems that there is no need to have a title for Breadcrumbs block.

sidharthapI tried it on my new D8 instance and the title Breadcrumbs is not visible to any one.
- I activated Breadcrumbs block and placed on left side region.
- Logged in with separate account and when navigated to Add content, I can see the Breadcrumbs as Title.
Please find the attached screen.
Please provide more steps to replicate.

penyaskitoUsing bartik, add the system breadcrumbs block. By default the title will be enabled. Just click OK.
If I place it on sidebar first or breadcrumbs region I still see the title.
I guess we should:
1. Align the breadcrumb title (is not aligned with the breadcrumb itself).
2. Probably we want to change the default options for hiding the block title.

pradeeshrajd CreditAttribution: pradeeshrajd at Zyxware Technologies commentedI still cant see the title. Its not an issue. When we place the breadcrumbs block inside a region it always show a check box 'show title' if we uncheck the check box it wont show the title.

emma.mariaHello @pradeeshrajd @sidharthap: For best practice, please do not set an issue to "Needs Review" if there is no patch to review.
Also if you cannot replicate the issue feel free to close the issue with one of the Closed statuses instead to help tidy the issue queue. If you happen to be wrong (which is completely fine) someone will correct you and open the issue again.

For this issue I installed a clean version of Drupal 8.2.x. For both Seven and Bartik the block title visibility options are disabled/unticked on install. Therefore this issue is no longer relevant.
