Overview

To provide consistent build processes I propose we use create a Phing build file and migrate our scripts to Object Oriented task objects.

What needs to be done

These tasks will include commands for testing simpletest tests, phpunit, install Drupal - and anything else needed. I will endevour to get a basic prototype of this up and running. Because who does not like to see a patch?

Benefits

We can then implement this into our test infrastructure which will not only provide consistency, but documentation on the build process.
