The DB Log, (dblog.module) also known as the Watchdog, also known as Database Logging, also known as "Recent Log Messages" would do well to have one standard name for all four items. It'd be great to add documentation where feasible to align this name.

Also, please check on Drupal 8 consistency of naming for this activity/module.
