Problem/Motivation
As #1874534: Introduce a dblog / watchdog views integration shows us, you can't really change the style plugin per wizard, which though be a nice feature.
Adding this to \Drupal\dblog\Plugin\views\wizard\Watchdog
should work, but it doesn't
/**
* {@inheritdoc}
*/
public function buildForm(array $form, FormStateInterface $form_state) {
$form = parent::buildForm($form, $form_state);
// Change the default style to be table.
$form['displays']['page']['options']['style']['style_plugin']['#default_value'] = 'table';
return $form;
}

This still doesn't work. Updated the title and IS a bit. Don't think this is a bug per se, so reclassified as a task for now
