Problem/Motivation

Before we add explcit views wizard plugins there has been the concept of weight in views data:

Let's add the weight to wizard plugins and order them in the view add form.

Since #3183106: Sort the options in the "Add view" wizard we order by 'Title'.

We could have done this by weight, but this is clearer to end users I feel.

Closing for now, please feel free to reopen this if you see a compelling reason we need to do this by weight.
