This is a follow-up for #1957670: Link field labels don't show in entity forms

The link widget is complex enough to have ability to be collapsible so save screen space when no edit needed for field

Is making it collapsible the only way we have to save space? Could we put them both on one line? Could we make the Title visible after the URL is entered? Just wanting to think about other options. We've got the DETAILS hammer but it shouldn't be the only tool we have to save on screen real estate.
