Follow-up to: #1668292: Move simplified Profile module into core
Problem
- Contributed modules/appliances may want/need to output/manage certain profile types on their own, omitting the default output and integration into the user account UI. (e.g., Commerce)
Proposed solution
- Add a property/flag to ProfileType that indicates whether Profile module's default UI and user account integration should be enabled.
