Poll Voting Issue

Hi. I am having issues with the poll module. I made a couple polls and before the update of 7.15 they were working fine but after the update the polls act as though it is closed rather than open. Meaning, when a anonymous, authenticated and myself (administrator) user comes in to vote (we all can vote) however, when someone new or when I refresh the page for others to vote newly, the poll block remains showing the results and all percentage of users who voted on the particular poll. I believe the problem is in the Drupal core but we do not know what to look for or what to mess with. I am new at this whole Drupal thing but at the same time I do have clients that needs this to resolved at soon as possible. Any Suggestions? (I have a picture of my poll as an attachment)
